Customs & Charges
International deliveries may be subject to import duties, We cannot be held responsible for delays or taxes due to customs in your delivery destination. All taxes and Imports are payable by the purchaser.
If you have any concerns regarding your purchase please contact us before you check out
- A return may be made within 14 days of the tracked delivery date for a full product refund.
- Product(s) must include an original invoice and be in new, unused, undamaged condition with tags still attached, along with all packaging, accessories and parts.
- Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice/packing slip.
- Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All returns are to be packaged as close to our original packaging as possible.
- Buyer must pay return shipping costs unless we have delivered an incorrect item in which case we will refund return fees.
- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. (Please note depending on your credit card company, your credit could take up to 10 business days to clear to your account.)
- We reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances.
- Please note if you purchase an item via PayPal payment and you change your mind, we cannot be responsible for the fee. We will refund you the amount deducting the small amount fee that PayPal charge.
- Any Damages items will have to be claimed from the delivery company, as this is not our responsibility. As the item will be in perfect condition when sent, and well packed.
- Please Note that we do our best to send your item's out on time, when an item gets delivered some companies will give a delivery 3 attempts to deliver an item, if you are not home to sign for an item it is your responsibility. We cannot leave an item unattended due to the value of an item, all of our items sent are required a signature. There will be an additional charge if the item is returned back to us.
- Please note we are not responsible for VAT Receipts and cannot be requested.
