SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being handed over to our premium courier services. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

2. Domestic Delivery Rates & Estimates

Free UK Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Standard UK Shipping on all orders over £100.

Standard Shipping: For orders under £100, a standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout. Deliveries generally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

3. Fragile Items & Packaging Our collections feature delicate materials, glass, and intricate metallic finishes. Every order is meticulously hand-packed using protective materials to ensure safe transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

4. International Orders & UK Parcel Forwarding

We currently dispatch orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. However, international customers and overseas collectors are welcome to place orders using a UK parcel forwarding service (such as Skypax or Forward2Me) as their delivery address at checkout.

Simply enter your assigned UK forwarding address and suite number for delivery, ensure your billing address matches your registered payment card, and we will safely dispatch your parcel to your forwarder's UK depot.

Please note: Parcel forwarding is intended for ornaments, tree decorations, and smaller accents. Due to transit safety, packaging dimensions, and air-freight rates, large statement dolls and oversized display figures are strictly excluded from forwarding services. If you are unsure whether a piece is eligible, please contact us prior to ordering.
