4. Damaged Goods & Breakages

• In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify our customer service team at Sales@christmasdecorationsshop.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage so we can swiftly arrange a replacement or refund.

• We accept returns on unused, unaltered items in their original luxury packaging within 14 days of receipt.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
